Oh my God! What a shock and so hurtful to learn, just today, September 24, 2024, of the passing of Ms. Sakinah Chantay Miller. Ms. Miller was a student of mine, as a member of the 2005 ASU Study Abroad in South Africa Program, and it was my honor to have her in my classes and in a positive life altering study abroad program. She had a sweet spirit and a thirst for learning, and so she enjoyed her study in South Africa. I, and I'm sure her classmates, enjoyed her as well.
