The Milton Family is sad to announce the passing of a loved one.

Mr. Wayne Travis Milton was born October 4, 1960, to the late Mr. Ben and Mrs. Essie Milton. He joined Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Shingler, Georgia and gave his life to Christ at an early age. Wayne was educated in the Worth County School System and graduated from Worth County High School in 1978. After graduation, he joined the United States Army. He served active duty for 8 years and reserved duty for two years. He was joined in holy matrimony to Sharon Milton on June 16, 1984. He enjoyed his family and friends On May 29, 2019, Milton departed this life at Wilson Hospice House in Albany, Georgia, Wayne took on a new walk of life. He was preceded into eternal rest by his father: Mr. Ben Milton, mother: Mrs. Essie Milton, brother: Mr. Lynn Milton. He leaves to cherish his memories: his faithful, devoted wife: Mrs. Sharon Milton, son: Anthony (Tony) Milton of Albany, GA, grandchildren: Kristavia, Deondria, Janayia, Detaillia and Anthony Jr; four sisters: Ms. Shirley Yvonne Milton and Ms. Alfredia Jackson both of Sylvester, Ga, Mrs. June (Audwin) Fluker of Waycross, Ga and Mrs. Brenda Gail (Greg) Burke of Pougkeepsie, New York; three sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, a special uncle: Mr. Demar (Alice) Milton of Sylvester, GA, three aunts, one uncle and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
