The Bell family is sad to announce the passing of a loved one. Richard David Bell was born on August 4, 1957 to the late Richard Homer Bell and Marie Watkins Bell. Richard was educated in the Worth County School System. He was a man of many talents and a pillar in his community. Richard had a lot of wisdom and there wasn’t much that he couldn’t do. On August 31, 2019, Richard made his transition to his eternal resting place, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents: Richard and Marie Bell; son: Eric Moore and siblings: Irene Bell and Tampa Newberry, aunts: Elisha Williams, Gladys Cato and Lillie Bell Williams. Fond memories will be cherished by his siblings: Edward Bell of Oakfield, Ga, Edna Bell, Juanita Bell, Raymond Bell, Jamey (Veronica) Bell of Deland, FL and John Lee French of Albany, GA and Tucker Hightower of Curbert, GA; uncles: Bobby Cato and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
