Obituary For Narhonda Michelle Vance

The Vance Family is sad to announce the passing of a loved one. Narhonda Michelle Vance, known affectionally as "Rhonda" entered into this life August 17,1976 to Gladys Vance and Roy Moore in Shreveport, Louisiana. Narhonda accepted Christ at an early age and was later baptized. She became a member of Westside Missionary Baptist Church in Oakland, California, under pastor Jacob A. Chambers.

Narhonda received her High School education at Emery High School in Emeryville, California. Narhonda obtained various degrees and held multiple careers such as being employed by Pruitt-Health in Sylvester,Ga and the Worth County Board Of Education. She was well known in the community for her outstanding personality, sense of humor, and displays of love and dedication to all those she encountered. Narhonda was a phenomenal woman who loved her children and family dearly. She commanded the stage and had the spotlight wherever she went.

On Thursday July 9, 2020 Narhonda's spotlight dimmed and she left the stage. She answered her invitation from the Lord into eternal rest.

Although Narhonda is gone, she will forever be remembered. She leaves to cherish her precious memories one daughter; Kyjuana Vance, one son; Koryeon Vance,Fiancee;Latavious Hudson,Sr,Step-children;Laniyah Hudson and Latavious Hudson, Jr, all of Sylvester,Ga, her mother; Gladys Vance of San Leandro, Ca, her step-father; Jewel Mack of San Francisco,Ca, her father; Roy Moore of Shreveport, La, two sisters; Latausha Vance of Merced, Ca, LaQuisha Times of Dallas,Tx, two brothers; Tyjun (Akilah) Mack and Rashad Mack (Chanel) Mack both of Suisun, Ca, God parents; Willie and Nora Simmons of Haughton, La, honoree aunt;Catherine "Cooter" Vance and honoree uncle; Willie "Freddie" Poole of Haughton,La, aunts,uncles, nieces,nephews,cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends. She will also be deeply missed by her three spcial friends; Larry, Curly, and Moe--the turtles, and special families; the Cuffie and Johnson Families.
